I made baked persimmons in the oven, and they were so delicious that I overturned the idea that persimmons taste better just as they are.
Just by baking it, it becomes thick, soft and richly sweet. If you add butter, cinnamon, or ice cream, it tastes like a high-end dessert.

- Cut off the top of the persimmon.
- Make radial cuts to make it easier to eat.

- Place the persimmons on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, and bake it in the oven at 200℃ (390℉) for about 15 minutes (no preheating, on the upper shelf).
