My husband taught me his mother’s taste “beef celery” (stir-fried beef and celery).
Just stir-fry beef and celery in sesame oil and season with soy sauce and chili oil. Easy, delicious and perfect with rice.
It’s easy and quick to make, so it’s a helpful recipe when you’re too tired to cook.
According to my husband, it is better to use fatty parts such as beef shoulders and ribs. Give it a try!
