- 80g canola flowers
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt (2 pinches)

Grill canola flowers
- Wash the canola flowers and cut off a little of the roots. Soak it in water for about 10 minutes to make them fresh.
- Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange the canola flowers in a frying pan without overlapping them.
- Grill the canola flowers without moving them until slightly browned (1 to 2 minutes). Turn over and grill the other side (1 to 2 minutes).
- When the edges of the canola flowers are crispy, sprinkle with salt.
