When I don’t have time, I make miso soup that is ready just by pouring hot water.
Just add miso, Fu (wheat gluten cakes), and scallions to the dashi in the dashi bag, and pour hot water.
You can also add other ingredients that can be eaten raw, such as dried wakame seaweed, tofu, or fried tofu, as you like.

- 7 Fu (wheat gluten cakes)
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 tsp dashi in dashi bag
- 1 tsp miso

Make miso soup
- Cut the scallion into small pieces.
- Put the dashi in the dashi pack, miso, Fu(wheat gluten), and scallions into a bowl and pour 150ml of boiling water.
